Harvested in the 2025/2026 season, this naturally processed lot from Bairro dos Fagundes in Santa Rita do Sapucaí, Minas Gerais, showcases the rich sweetness Brazil is known for. Grown at 830–1100m by producers Paulo Sérgio Pivoto and Luiz Henrique Gonçalves, this coffee offers comforting flavors of chocolate, honey, and maple syrup, lifted by subtle spice notes.
